These terms govern use of RecoupAR, a product of Recoup Technologies, Inc. (“RecoupAR,” “we,” “us”), by direct customers and by partner accounting and bookkeeping firms (“Partners”) who resell or white-label the product to their own clients. By connecting an account or using the partner program, you agree to these terms.
RecoupAR reads invoice, customer, and payment data from a connected QuickBooks Online or Xero account, grades overdue invoices by risk, and drafts collection reminders for human approval. Approved reminders are sent on the connected business's behalf. RecoupAR does not write, edit, or delete any data in the connected ledger under any circumstance.
By default, no reminder is sent without a person on your team approving it first. A Partner may explicitly opt a segment of clients into auto-send; outside of that explicit opt-in, the approval queue governs every reminder. Exceptions — disputes, duplicate invoices, partial payments, or anything the system can't classify with confidence — are always flagged for human review rather than resolved automatically.
RecoupAR recommends collection actions and risk gradings; it does not guarantee that any invoice will be collected or that any client relationship will be preserved. Decisions to send, delay, or escalate remain with your team.
Partner pricing tiers (Sandbox, Firm Starter, Firm Growth, Firm Scale) are billed monthly with no long-term contract required. What a Partner charges its own clients for the service is entirely at the Partner's discretion; RecoupAR does not set, see, or take a share of that retail price. RecoupAR does not solicit a Partner's connected clients directly for its own direct-customer product.
Any connected client may be disconnected at any time from the dashboard. Disconnecting stops all outreach immediately; cached data is purged within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
RecoupAR is an early-stage product working with its first cohort of partner firms. We are not yet SOC 2 certified; that audit is on our roadmap. We'll communicate directly with Partners as our compliance posture changes.
We'll update this page and note the new effective date whenever these terms change, and we'll notify active Partners of material changes directly.
